Stephanie has a Master's degree in Counseling from Campbell University, a Post Master's Certificate in School Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education from East Carolina University and an Associates's degree in Exercise Science from the International Sports Sciences Association School of Exercise Science. She is also currently enrolled in doctoral studies in counseling and traumatology at Liberty University.
Her approach to therapy is trauma based. She uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychoeducation all from a Gestalt perspective.
Stephanie has 16 years of experience with the public school system. She's served as a special education teacher for 6 of those years teaching children with different abilities. 10 of those years she served as a school counselor. She has a great deal of experience serving children and families in crisis and experiencing challenges with providing for each other's needs.
Stephanie has also been interested in fitness and wellness from an early age. She has been a personal trainer since 2013 and fitness instructor with Grand Lakes Club, Anytime Fitness and Sports Fitness and Aquatics on Fort Rucker. She began yoga practice 6 years ago and was immediately amazed by the power of meditation, movement and breath used in synchrony to promote all facets of wellness. This was the final push prompting the opening of Samata Wellness Solutions in July of 2017.

Nina received a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of New England in 2015, with a clinical concentration for Individuals, Families and Groups. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Auburn University in 2006. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, licensed by the Alabama Board of Social Work Examiners, license number 4293C. is also a Certified Trauma Treatment Professional, EMDR trained clinician, as well as a Certified Educator of Infant Massage.
Her experience includes serving communities locally and abroad in capacities such as: School Social Work, Victim Advocacy, Infant Massage, Postpartum and Mindfulness groups, Clinical Social Work for Child, adolescent and adult outpatient services, and Primary Therapist for adolescent residential treatment.

From first responders to law enforcement, military and civilians, and even animal welfare; caregiver burnout and compassion fatigue are often overlooked and not discussed. Nikki is passionate about helping individuals overcome the roadblocks that prevent them from living their best life.
Raquel Marques Jackson

Raquel Jackson has enjoyed yoga throughout her life and has been teaching it for five years. She is registered with Yoga Alliance and last year received her certification as a Prenatal yoga teacher. She enjoys teaching vinyasa, prenatal, and yin yoga, offering a gentle approach where the student moves with mindfulness and awareness of the breath.
Once Raquel earned her prenatal yoga certification, she was inspired to begin Doulas of North America (DONA) approved training as a birth doula. She is excited to be able to combine her two loves: her love for yoga with her desire to help women at the most pivotal time in their lives.
In addition to yoga and birth, Raquel is enjoys developing her intuition and is trained in Reiki as well.

Doula, Lamaze Childbirth Educator
Danielle Sollars with Labor with Danielle is a doula, childbirth educator, and photographer that specializes in birth. She attends hospital, birth center, and home births in southern Alabama and surrounding areas. She is a former labor and delivery nurse that is passionate about supporting families and working with the entire birth team to achieve a positive birth experience.
Danielle believes every birthing person deserves continuous labor support, knowledge of their options, and education to make informed decisions about their pregnancy and birth. Her photography focuses on the beauty and strength of birth, capturing those once in a life time first moments, and documenting birth stories. When she’s not helping mamas breathe or capturing the reactions of parents meeting their baby, she occasionally books fresh 48, maternity, and milk bath sessions.

She has over 19 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling with the Department of Corrections. In addition, she has over 5 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from very diverse backgrounds in inpatient and outpatient settings. Delores specializes in crisis intervention and intense therapy. She is passionate and dedicated to the therapeutic process and those she helps.

Karen comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is New Jersey born but native to New York State. Karen completed High School and earned her Licensed Practical Nurse credential in New York. She served 4 years Active duty Army and another 20 years in the Navy Reserves. She separated in 2007 as Chief Petty Officer with the Seabee Combat Warfare designation. Karen worked with Southern Bone & Joint as an LPN for 20 years. She then found a passion for Dermatology before retiring from nursing in 2015. Karen's passions include spending time with family, gardening and cooking.

She has eight years of experience counseling in community mental health, inpatient mental health, substance abuse, military mental health facilities, private practice and public-school settings.
